The first Aspect of Success (1 of 3) deals with understanding how you are using your time. You may be surprised at how taking a simple look at your time can change your entire outlook and approach on life. Today you will be analyze your time in order to evaluate the most expedient steps for driving better results in your life. Wellness is directly related to how an individual uses his or her time on a regular basis. The following is a basic guide for what you can ask yourself based on the results of your time check. In theory, the more structured (routine) you are the better your capacity for wellness is. However, if you are not focused enough on the right things or don't have a healthy balance between your needs, responsibilities, and goals, then you might feel the exact opposite.

If you have less than 15 hours but feel really stressed and/or have a lack of happiness, make sure you take the "5 Steps to Better Wellness" course.
