Background:

Before I was led to run my coaching business full-time I was a middle and high school teacher for almost 7 years. A lot of what I learned was introspective. I remembered myself at that age, through college, and even the first years of my career. And honestly, there was not a whole lot of difference --I had poor time management which reflected in bad habits, grades that could have been much better, and an employee that had a lot to learn about efficiency on the job.
