Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to us, we ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule please make sure you do so prior to 24 hours before your scheduled session. You can do this: (1) through your online account (2) by emailing derek@refreshrefocusrebuild.com (3) by sending a text message to (334) 245-0760. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that do not allow for this courtesy to be extended. Therefore, we operate in the good faith that our clients will do their part to help us provide services for everyone effectively. A full refund will automatically be processed if cancellation request is prior to the time of your scheduled appointment. In addition, a refund, partial or full, may be provided for "no-shows"; however, we reserve the right to determine if a refund is granted in those cases. Once an appointment has started (i.e., you are in the online session with a coach) no refund will be granted. In the case that we have to reschedule your appointment due to technical difficulties or other extenuating circumstance on our end you will have the option to a full refund if desired. In the case that there is a conflict on your end that does not allow you to make your scheduled session then you will have the option to reschedule up to three time. If you are not able to meet after a third attempt to reschedule then you will lose your appointment time and will not be refunded. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who we feel abuse our rescheduling provision. Thank you.
